1. Order Placement & Acceptance

All orders placed via our website or WhatsApp are subject to fabric and stock availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order tracking number (e.g. #HDK-12345) and confirmation message.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices listed on this website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include all local applicable taxes. Delivery charges are calculated dynamically based on your order subtotal (Free delivery over Rs. 7,000).

3. Cash On Delivery (COD) Policy

When selecting Cash on Delivery, you agree to make full cash payment to the delivery rider upon handover of the parcel. Repeated non-acceptance of verified parcels may result in restriction from future orders.

4. Product Representation

We take immense care to display true color shades and textures. However, slight variations may occasionally occur due to varying smartphone display screens and lighting studio conditions.
